Welcome to Service Daktar (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

The app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, do not use the app.
We share data with service providers solely to operate the app:
We do not sell personal data.
You can delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account. You can also start a deletion request on the web at https://myfirstpgexam.web.app/data-deletion.html or email contactservicedaktar@nextgenteck.com.
When you request deletion, we delete your Firebase Authentication user and personal data stored in our Realtime Database, except records we must retain for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We retain your account and study progress while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal data as described above. Certain records (e.g., payment/transaction information) may be retained as required by law and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax/audit).
You may access, update, or delete your data from the in-app Account section, via our web page data-deletion page, or by emailing contactservicedaktar@nextgenteck.com. Where applicable, you may have additional rights (e.g., to object or restrict processing) under your local laws.
We use Firebase security rules and industry-standard controls to help protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your data may be processed in countries where our providers operate (e.g., Google/Firebase, Razorpay). We apply safeguards appropriate to the region.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Do not use the app if you are under the age of digital consent in your region.
We may update this policy. We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be shown in-app.
